Makeup Classes

If a student misses a class they may make up the class in another class that is close to their skill level. Ask your teacher for suggestions if you are not sure.  Classes need to be made up during the School year and cannot be carried into the summer schedule. If a student misses too many classes, they may lose their spot in the class or be pulled from the recital.

The School is closed for approximately two weeks during the Winter Break (December), one week for Spring Break (in March or April) and some of the major holidays such as Memorial Day, President’s Day and Thanksgiving weekend. Please watch the school or check the website for up to date information.

The school uses the Federal Way School District guidelines for operations so in case of inclement weather or power outages, please refer to their status for ours. In case of class cancellations or school closures, students will make those days prior to the end of the school year. If you have any questions, just call the school and a message will be on the answering machine.
