Registration

If you would like to register for classes, please complete the registration form.   There is a $15 one time, annual registration fee (non-refundable).  To download a Fall 2008/2009 brochure, click here. 

Return your fees (including registration) and your completed form to the office at the studio.  We are excited to have you come to our studios, so remember, if you have any questions, please email us at info@ninthavenuedance.com.
