Registration

If you would like to register for classes, please complete the registration form.   There is a $15 one time, annual registration fee (non-refundable).  To download a 2010/2011 brochure, click here. 

Return your fees (including registration) and your completed form to the office at the studio.  We are excited to have you come to our studio, so remember, if you have any questions, please email us at info@ninthavenuedance.com.

NOTE:  Students MUST be registered by November 1, 2010 to be eligible to perform in the year end recital. If you choose to participate in the recital in June of 2011, a $40 costume fee must be paid no later than October 1, 2010.
